Welcome to MerchantPro. By accessing our website and utilizing our platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

1. Testnet Deployment

MerchantPro currently operates on the Arc Testnet. All transactions, invoice generation, payroll distribution, and automated escrow executions occur on public testnet infrastructure. Do not deposit mainnet assets or use keys containing real-world collateral.

2. Gas Sponsorship & Fair Use Policy

Gas fee sponsorship via our paymaster contracts is provided free of charge for evaluation and usage on the testnet. We reserve the right to limit request volumes, implement rate caps, or terminate gas sponsorship if malicious spamming or network abuse is detected.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the continuous uptime of third-party public networks (Base, Arc, Solana). We accept no liability for any asset loss, failed execution, or biometric client-side hardware errors.

4. Governing Law

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in good faith through direct mutual negotiations between the parties.
